great experience but minor improvements needed
The location provided easy access to local attractions. The bed was genuinely comfortable, which made a difference during my stay. I also liked the breakfast selection. the fresh fruits were a nice touch. I've noticed that the spacious junior suites were appreciated by other guests for their beautiful decor.
Some of the amenities felt lacking, possibly due to ongoing renovations.

Single traveler’s solid choice
I had a quiet stay for 4 nights and the breakfast spread was top-notch. One morning, they had this hand-squeezed orange juice that was out of this world.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable.

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and featured a beautiful view. Breakfast offered a wide range of options, including freshly squeezed orange juice, which was a delightful touch. However, the shower lacked privacy, being glass-enclosed with visibility from the rest of the room, and the room could have benefited from brighter lighting. Additionally, the amenities were limited, likely due to renovations. Overall, the friendly staff and great location were significant positives.

Exceptional Stay with Unmatched Service
We had a fantastic weekend getaway! The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. Breakfast in the charming restaurant was a highlight, showcasing fresh local produce. Don’t miss the breathtaking view of the park. It’s the perfect spot for relaxation and exploration!

This was a top selection for a holiday in Oslo with great value. The breakfast had a lovely selection of hot and cold items that I enjoyed. Be prepared for some noise from the theater shows at night.

Not the best experience
Staying here was a bit rough. The standard room was outdated, kinda like visiting grandma’s attic, and the bathroom had issues with water pressure. We had to remind the staff about our room cleaning, and it took way too long for someone to help us switch rooms. The bar area was nice, though, friendly staff made it comfy.

Recently stayed here and had a wonderful time! The Junior Suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for our family. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with fresh fruits and a fantastic selection of warm dishes. The staff were super friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
Some amenities were lacking due to renovations.

Outstanding breakfast buffet.
My stay felt like a major disappointment. The junior suite I booked was located facing an inner yard, and the noise from ventilation systems made it impossible to sleep. When I raised concerns, the staff seemed dismissive, and I was forced to upgrade to a suite, which wasn't worth the extra cost. The design of the suite was inconvenient, with no bathroom counter and poorly placed amenities. I left feeling that I paid for a premium experience but received far less.

I recently stayed at Christiania Teater for a business trip and was impressed by the central location, allowing easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The staff was exceptionally helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining options. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave the room, which was also spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast included a variety of delicious options that fueled my productivity for the day.
The only downside was the lack of some amenities due to ongoing renovations.
